Ref Information
Bethel Area Youth Soccer Association provides recreation soccer for ages 3-14 to learn, play and have fun. Referees are an important aspect of the game and a great stepping stone for those interested in becoming a certified ref for competitive leagues and tournaments.
Overview:
- Refs are paid per game and paid based on training: Basic training with ref coordinator/Area two-day training at Tipp City/Certified Ref
- Passers 7v7 matches – 1 Referee - $20/$25/$30
- Wings 7v7 matches – 1 Referee - $25/$30/$35
- Strikers 9v9 matches – 2 Referees - $30/$35/$40 each
- Kickers 9v9 or 11 v 11 matches - 2 Referees - $30/$35/$40 each
- Receive training prior to the season
- Must be a minimum age of 14 by the end of the current year.
